The MP1212B has the same first quality internal core as the MP1212, with slight cosmetic imperfections on the leather cover. Nothing about the flight, feel, or durability changes — it's a cosmetic difference only.
Are these real leather baseballs?
Yes. B+ grade full grain leather cover, 25–30% wool wound, with a Red Cushioned pro core and mid seams. These are tournament grade balls, not synthetic practice balls.

How many balls come in a case?
A full case is 10 dozen, which is 120 balls. A half case is 5 dozen, which is 60 balls. Both the MP1212 and the MP1212B are available either way.
Can I use these in a pitching machine?
You can, but we'd steer you elsewhere. Machine wheels eventually wear out the seams on any full grain leather ball — it's just the nature of the beast. For machine work, TaterBalls are built for repeated feeds and will save your leather for live BP and games.
